Discount passes are non-refundable and are exclusively for Hotel 414 Anaheim guests with existing room reservations.  The number of Discount Passes cannot exceed the number of guests on the room reservation.  For your security and ours, guest name and arrival date will be confirmed before passes are emailed to you.
